Butterflies are mysterious and metaphorical creatures. They begin their transformative life by crawling upon the earth and end up mysteriously flying wherever the wind leads. In The Message, Eugene Peterson writes, “Open your eyes and there it is! By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can't see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being.” [Romans 1:19-20]

David Trotter resides in Lakewood, California, with his wife of 15 years (Laura) and two children (Waverly and Emerson). After 10 years of full-time ministry as the co-founder of THEOOZE.com and founding pastor of Revolution Church, he now focuses on photography (8TRACKphotography.com), marketing (8TRACKstudios.com), robots (KAUZBOTS.com), and a fledgling faith community (ournewwine.com).
